We know that joining an MDO is just one of many things you need to deal with when you start your first role as a doctor in the UK, and we’re committed to making it as easy as possible for you, so you can concentrate on settling in and meeting patients.

If you need some extra help, we have a dedicated relationship manager for IMGs who are thinking about joining Medical Protection – Sarah Fletcher. Sarah has extensive knowledge of membership options for doctors and can guide you through the application process.

About Sarah

Sarah re-joined Medical Protection in 2023, having previously worked for Medical Protection for over three years. Based in the UK, she is the Relationship Manager for IMGs across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.

Sarah is passionate about providing support for the IMG workforce who contribute so much to patient care in the UK and using her experience to explain the importance of MDO membership, assist with membership applications, and ensure IMG member needs are met.
