You can access your certificate and other documents in your online account. Certificates are available once your payment has been received or after setting up a Direct Debit.

Changing your name
It is not possible to update your name online. If you have recently changed your name, please email copies of proof of name change – for example, a deed poll document or marriage certificate – to [email protected]
